Flipt focuses on bringing automated marketing and advertising to top real estate agents across the country. My role as head of marketing is to find and scale revenue online, improve customer experience, and bring Flipt from ‘startup’ status, to real estate technology powerhouse and the first destination agents go when preparing a new marketing campaign.
- Successfully launched Flipt nationwide and scaled to hundreds of customers within 9 months.
- Create, strategize, and execute all digital marketing initiatives including: media/ ad buying, email marketing, content marketing, sales, growth hacking, viral hacking, affiliate partnerships, etc..
- I wear many hats on this job: sales manager, customer success manager, account lead, support, branding and positioning, conversion rate optimization… the list goes on and on.
Prospectr Marketing, Inc. • Lead Digital Strategist, Account Lead • Oct. 2013 – Oct. 2014
As the lead digital strategist at Prospectr, I handled 2.5 million emails monthly across all client accounts and worked hand-in-hand with each client to strategically grow their business. I was embedded as a Unified Noise consultant at Prospectr from one year, and successfully scaled the business from 15 active clients to 40+ active clients.
- Strategized across 40+ client lead generation campaigns, copy & creative, targeting, ads, socia media, etc. As the lead strategist, I owned each clients project, creative, strategy, and success from start to finish – as the account lead, I was the main point of contact for 90% of Prospectr clients.
- Created (and managed) internal agile project management systems and processes, managed a stateside team of two, and managed an offshore operations team of 8.
- Create, schedule, and launch 2.5 million emails monthly across 30 – 40 client lead generation campaigns at any given time – perform all list hygiene tasks and strategized, A/B tested, created and delivered all client campaigns successfully through identified channels.
Unified Noise, Inc. • Co-Founder / CEO • Sep 2012 – Current
I launched Unified Noise, Inc. with my partner, Ephraim Zeller, in late 2012 as an answer to what we saw as a serious lack of integrated digital teams tackling big problems on the web. We wanted to combine our unique skill sets and create a new kind of strategic consulting firm that approached marketing and web / mobile development projects from a holistic and digitally native perspective: We wanted to tear down the silos and approach marketing and development from all angles with the perspective of a growth hacker – tactics: social, content, email, SEM, SEO, etc. baked into custom built websites, apps, scripts and more.
- Developed and strategized multiple websites and web applications, including anewcourse.org, matteroftrust.org, jotx.com, etc.
- Delivered multiple high-level strategic consulting SOW’s including: social media strategies, integrated digital marketing strategies, launch strategies, social media metrics & analytics reporting for clients like jotx.com, Radarworks, etc.
- Embedded consultants: We work directly with teams by integrating ourselves directly in their internal technology and marketing arms to drive the strongest results. Currently embedded at Prospectr Marketing, Inc & MatterOfTrust.org / ExcessAccess.

Asani Development Corp. • Lead Social Media Strategist • May 2012 – September 2012
As the lead consultant for content marketing and social media marketing at the Asani Development Corp, I created—and executed upon—a successfully integrated social media plan designed to propel Asani’s digital assets to the forefront of their local markets through online and offline community building, PR Outreach, original and engaging content and constant measurement and analysis.
- Drove early adopter buzz and exposure across all digital assets for Grow Community (growbainbridge.com), a sustainable development on Bainbridge Island built by Asani. As a result of my efforts, Grow Community quickly gained press on several major green design blogs and local publications and has seen awareness of their unique project spread across the social graph.
- Built Grow Community’s WordPress blog and implemented a strategic editorial calendar designed to promote Asani’s thought leadership in the green-build space. Grow Community was recently nominated for the 2012 Sustainability Leadership Award.
- Created strategic partnerships with influencers like Nissan LEAF, drove initial site traffic by 30% and contributed to the successful launch of Grow Community’s first phase offer.

Fobango.com • Community Manager • May 2011 – May 2012
As Community Manager for Fobango I built, managed and maintained their digital communities and oversaw their editorial calendar and content creation strategy.
- Created and executed Fobango’s national launch strategy with a giveaway designed to build brand awareness through viral mechanics and drove awareness for the campaign by earning press on 10 blogs with a combined audience of over 250,000 engaged fans.
- Managed and created content for all digital assets including the blog, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest accounts.

As the social media marketing and PR outreach intern at Wishpot, I learned to effectively build social communities for brands through constant, personal engagement and gained hands on experience by handling three of their client’s social media platforms.
